About Lynn

I have been a caregiver for multiple families supporting their adult and elder family members. I am a trained personal chef with experience in restricted diets, and expanded my services because the need for trusted caregivers has become so great. Over the last 10 years, I have provided companion care, medication management, respite care, meal prep (standard & dietary restricted), support at medical visits, attendance at PT/OT appts., including oversight of at-home exercises, hospice support and more. I am an excellent communicator and have provided clear feedback to family members about their loved one. I understand empathetically the need to select a trusted individual to be present in home, as I had to do the same for own my parents who lived out of state. I am AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED & First Aid Certified (OSHA-Compliant). I have a B. A. in Psychology and an A. O. S in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America. Hours and rates to be discussed based on needs.
