I'm MacKenzie :) I am the eldest by far out of seven siblings, so I have been looking after little ones for almost my whole life! I love taking care of children, and recognize the importance of keeping them on a schedule as well as caring for their physical and emotional needs. I especially love working with babies and toddlers, they are just so fun. I am CPR certified, as well as Covid19 and Tdap vaccinated! I have my own car (a RAV4). I have a bachelor's degree from Towson University, and my husband and I live in Lutherville. I am only available until the end of December 2026, so I understand if you need someone more longterm. Also, I would have a tagalong with me - my 12-month-old - so I would bring my typical rate of $25/hr down to $22/hr. Of course we would be on your schedule 100%. Mackenzie was the nanny to our three kids (8, 2 and 6 months) during the summer and she was simply the best. She was on time or early every day, never called out, and our kids were excited to see her every morning which made me feel at ease leaving to go to work. She took the time to do various activities and games with them, took them outside, kept them on their schedules and communicated with me about their day every day. For our youngest, she wrote down his feedings, diaper changes and naps each day. If you have the opportunity to hire Mackenzie, you will not be disappointed.
