About Mackenzie

I'm a positive, patient and energetic mother of three ranging in ages from toddler to 10! In past years I've worked as a personal care assistant for a girl with cerebral palsy in a life skills high school classroom. Previously, I worked in an high school autism classroom. So I have experience with differently-abled and older children as well. I am currently an 8th grade science teacher! I treat every child as if they were my own. I'm creative, kind, friendly, and fun. My passion is watching and teaching kiddos about kindness, family/friendship and the world around us through play! I'm looking to help a family out with care while school is out on summer break. I would prefer a family who is comfortable dropping their child off to me, but may be able to travel to homes two days out of the week. I can supply you with a current background check and clearances if wanted!
