About Mackenzie

Hi families! I'm a recent graduate from Grand Valley State University. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Development. Throughout my 4 years at GVSU, I was lucky to connect with a family and care for their girls for the entirety of my college career. I had the opportunity to watch their girls learn and grow, hitting all sorts of milestones along the way. My hope now is to find another family in need of a caregiver. I am looking for a long-term commitment in which I can truly get to know your children and be there for them (and you!) I consider myself to be a highly qualified candidate to care for your children based on my education and experiences: - Teacher Assistant in a 5th grade classroom (GRPS) - Teacher Intern in a 2nd grade classroom (EGRPS) - Internship at Stepping Stones Montessori school - Internship at Head Start in Young 4's - After school care coordinator at YMCA I look forward to connecting!
