About Mackenzie

Hi, I'm Mackenzie with nearly 8 years of childcare experience caring for children from infants through school age. I have extensive experience supporting children with special needs, including Down syndrome and children across both mild and more significant ends of the autism spectrum. I am also experienced as a night nanny for newborns and infants, providing overnight feeding, diaper changes, and sleep support. During the pandemic, I provided homeschooling and virtual learning support for three children ages 7-14, helping them stay organized, engaged, and on track academically while maintaining daily routines. I am dependable, nurturing, and highly organized, focused on creating a safe and structured environment where children thrive. I am a strong cook and enjoy meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing healthy meals for families. I also have a passion for water safety and am pursuing an ISR certification this summer.
