I'd describe my personality as bubbly, creative, and driven. I like working with kids because I feel that I understand them well. I have 5 siblings, two younger than me that I have cared for along with their friends. I've learned how to calm kids down to make sure I can get through to them even when it's hard. I enjoy communicating with them because kids are likely to feel misunderstood and I believe it's important to look at situations through their lens. I'm looking for a job that I can spend quality time with the child. I enjoy having fun, being the person they look forward to seeing and growing a relationship with them. I started working with kids when I was 10 years old. In my spare time, I like to go outside, paint, and spend time with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I'm creative, innovative, and a problem solver. My skills include problem solving, working with kids creatively, and finding fun things to do with them.
