About Maddie

Hello, my name is Maddie! I am a medical student at Northwestern. I have always loved teaching and caring for children of all ages, abilities and needs. As a premed, I used to work with an Adaptive Dance program, teaching dance to children with Autism Spectrum disorders. I also worked as a camp counselor for a summer (ages 3-4), and started babysitting at a very young age with my sister! Growing up in a neighborhood filled with kids, my sister and I provided afternoon and weekend care for 5 young boys at a time. With young children, I love to play games and read, and with older children I am happy to help with homework, especially math and science. Can't wait to meet you.
