About Maddie

I have tons of experience working with kids! My passion for working with kids started as a camp counselor in 2017 for girls ages 6-10. I adored the ways I could teach them throughout camp life, and the ways they could teach me back. This inspired me to go to nursing school in 2018 because I wanted to be a pediatric nurse. After graduating, I ended up in the NICU and worked there for a little less than 3 years, until I switched to pediatric home health nursing, which is what I do now! I have a passion for creating a safe, fun, inclusive, and open learning environment when it comes to childcare. I love arts and crafts, singing, and anything imaginative! I'm open to cooking, driving, and caring for kids with various needs.
