My husband and I had a truly wonderful experience with Luz. As a newborn care specialist, Luz helped us with taking care of our daughter from the night we got back from the hospital through the first 8 weeks of her life. While we had hired Luz primarily to help at night, she went above and beyond - helping us with setting good routines for our baby throughout the day and night / caring for me during postpartum as well. As first-time parents, we learned so much from her and her support has made life with a newborn much more manageable. We really felt like we were a team with Luz and she was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the week. We trusted her completely with caring for our baby, and I would recommend her to anyone!
