About Madeleine

Hi! I'm Madeleine, and I have several years of experience working with children through caregiving and coaching. I previously worked as a special needs assistant supporting children with different developmental and learning needs. This experience taught me to be patient and adjust my approach based on each child's individual needs. I've also spent several years coaching young athletes, which has strengthened my leadership skills and ability to handle responsibility. I'm comfortable managing routines and keeping kids engaged while providing structure when needed. I communicate well with both children and parents and know how important it is to be dependable when someone is trusting you with their child. I'm an active and hands-on caregiver who enjoys creating a safe environment where kids can have fun and feel supported.
