About Madeleine

I am a gentle, dedicated, and principled caregiver who is passionate about cultivating an environment where learning and growth can be achieved through exploration of imagination, awareness of the senses, failure, and artistic expression. We can explore, play, and have fun while maintaining mindfulness of responsibilities, relationships to others, and respect for the world around us and the space we operate in. I like working with kids because they have such a wonderful capacity to use their imaginations. They explore the world around them finding wonder, joy, and beauty in many unlikely places. They are looking to us adults to example what it is to be a good human. Through gentleness and loving kindness they know that they are good and can see the good in others. I have a lifetime of experience in taking care of my siblings, and 6+ years of professional care and teaching. I love reading, music (piano, ukulele, lute, singing), yoga, and cooking!
