Hi! My name is Madeline, and I have several years of experience working with children of all ages and developmental stages. I genuinely love helping children learn, grow, and feel safe in a positive, nurturing environment. My background includes working as a nanny, au pair, and ABA therapist, where I supported children with a variety of needs, including those with autism and other developmental differences. These experiences have helped me build patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, structured routines while adapting to each child's unique personality and needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a reliable car with a clean driving record, and am committed to providing dependable, safe, and attentive care.
