About Madeline

I started tutoring mainly my through my younger sisters. Because I had already taken many of the classes they were taking in school, it was a natural progression to help them with their own classes and topics they were struggling with. Later, I also would help tutor my friends in my own classes. I am most comfortable with grades 3-9, but also have some areas that I feel especially comfortable in tutoring, such as biology. Please don't hesitate to ask about a specific class, I will let you know what my own comfort level is with that subject. Tutoring is a a very one on one environment, and I feel that understanding why we are learning something is vital to successful learning. In a one on one environment, it is easier to learn these skills. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my schedule, I am a freshman in college, commuting to school, so while I do have some specifics in my schedule I am also open and willing to wiggle around with times.
