About Madeline

Nature loving baby sitter here! I began working with kids in a Nature Preschool and have since worked with ages 3-12. I have 2+ years of experience with kids in professional, fun, energetic, and educational outdoor settings. As an educator, I can do activities, crafts and adventures with kids! I'm also a great cook and can do light housekeeping if this is needed. I take a trauma informed approach to my teaching and childcare, supporting children in learning how to express their emotions and manage them. I have a bachelor's degree from Oregon State University, with multiple focuses such as sociology, sustainability, psychology and agricultural education. I'm passionate about art, nature and building positive childhood experiences. I am CPR certified, and I also have several child safety certifications.
