About Madeline

I like working with kids because I enjoy helping them learn, grow, & feel supported in a positive environment. I love seeing their personalities develop, & creating fun, engaging experiences that help them feel safe & confident. I'm hoping to find a side opportunity where I can continue doing work I genuinely enjoy while helping families who need reliable childcare support. I started working with kids about 10 years ago through babysitting 6 months to 4 years old children. In daycare settings, I cared for infants and toddlers ages 3 months to 24 months & helped implement weekly learning plans & age-appropriate activities. I currently work with autistic children as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has strengthened my patience, communication skills, & passion for supporting children's growth & development.
