About Madeline

Hello! My name is Madeline but you can call me Maddy! I'm 21 years old and am enrolled in KU, studying a marketing degree! I also am working on getting my Kansas Real Estate license! I pride myself on my ability to connect with kids of all ages, bringing patience, integrity, creativity, and a gentle approach to my nannying style. I have strong communication skills, both with children & parents, ensuring an open and trusting relationship. With my sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills, I ensure that parents feel secure and kids are in good hands. I'm dedicated to supporting the families I work with and providing a positive growth atmosphere for their little ones! My experience includes 5 years of working with children ages newborn--12, as well as a year of working as a paraprofessional where I worked with students that had multiple disabilities.
