Hello! My name is Madeline, or Maddie, and I am a student at OSU majoring in Psychology and minoring in human development and family sciences. I have worked with children babysitting in my teenage years and recently worked for an afterschool program for eight months where I provided both behavior management services and enrichment activities for the students K-5 (STEM, art, gym, etc.). I also recently received an RBT certificate that has guided me further than my childcare work in working with children that face adversity such as trauma, autism, ADHD, developmental delays, etc. I absolutely love working with children and hope to go into child therapy in the future!
