About Madelin

Hi! I'm Madelin, 32, a dedicated caregiver and mom to a 2-year-old. Prior to having my son. I spent the last 7 years of being a full-time lwith one family, caring for two girls from toddler through school age. I've also worked as a live-in/travel nanny for a professional athlete's family and as a head preschool teacher in Berkeley, CA and at Equinox Sports Club. I hold a BS in Child & Family Studies and an MS in Nonprofit Management. I pride myself on creating a structured, nurturing environment that supports development and independence. I've remained close with past families--the girls I nannied for were even in my wedding--which speaks to the lasting relationships I build.
