Hello! I'm Maddie, a Registered Behavior Technician with over 10 years of experience working with children in both educational and home settings, including infants. My background includes working as a language immersion school aide, lead Pre-K teacher, behavior technician providing early intervention services for neurodivergent children and children with complex medical needs, and full-time nanny for a family with four children ranging from 1 month to 8 years old. I am currently an online student pursuing a degree in Psychology with minors in Human Development, Spanish, and Business. I also hold a certificate in Early Childhood Development and am CPR and CPI certified. I am patient, dependable, and truly passionate about supporting children's growth, safety, and well-being.
