Madhu has been caring for our little one since he was 4 months old, and now he's 17 months. As we're transitioning him to daycare/preschool, we're so grateful for the time Madhu has spent with our family. She's Montessori-trained back in Nepal and has a keen eye for spotting any toys or situations that might pose a risk to a baby. She's active, energetic, and brings such a positive attitude to every day. Madhu is also incredibly reliable, always punctual, and a great communicator. She's been flexible with our schedule and truly understanding of our needs. Our little one has had so much fun with her and has grown very attached – saying goodbye will be really hard for all of us. We also did a nanny share with a neighbor's baby for a while, and Madhu managed both children safely and with ease. We highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring and skilled nanny.
