About Madi

As a childcare provider with three+ years of experience, I'm dedicated to fostering children's growth and development in a safe and nurturing environment. My passion for working with children stems from my positive babysitting experiences and my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. Patient, calm, creative, and friendly, I prioritize open communication with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication methods. Should a child get hurt or become unwell, I immediately contact the parent. Comfortable enforcing household rules, I engage children in a variety of activities, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. My training includes First Aid and CPR, as well as coursework in early child development. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. With a flexible schedule, I'm available to care for up to three children, ages 0 to 4 years old.
