I've lived in Olympia for four years now and have worked in three children's centers over the course of those years full time, and have worked with multiple families doing nanny work. I love learning and coming up with fun, creative activities that engage the kids I work with. I've had a passion for working with children for as long as I can remember and hope to become a teacher once I finish my masters program. Madi is one of a kind! She is exceptional at communicating throughout the day, being aware of everyone’s needs and addressing them promptly, and being sincerely thoughtful about our kids. She is always on time, prepared, and has a great attitude. She chooses activities that are both confidence-building and provide a just-right challenge. I have really appreciated how Madi supports our kids through difficult feelings when they need it. Madi is extremely easy to talk to, checks in to see how we feel things are going, shares joy in our kids, and is very respectful. Our kids love her!
