About Madi

I grew up in a home daycare setting where my mom would have an average of 4-6 kids ages 3 months to 12 years old. My experience with watching children began at a young age. In addition, I have had my own babysitting jobs since around age 14 or 15, for children between the ages of around 2 to 11 and 12. Babysitting has been such a joyful experience for me overall, and now that I have my son, I am increasing my expertise and ability to educate and provide rich play for children. I am deeply interested in the Waldorf and Montessori styles of learning, and greatly value outdoor activities, reading, creativity, and activities that foster wonder and fun for kids while also helping them to learn about the world around them.
