Hi! My name is Madison, and I'm a compassionate caregiver and Licensed Practical Nurse with years of experience caring for seniors in assisted living, memory care, and private caregiving settings. I have experience as a director of nursing of a community with a memory care unit and assisted living. I have a strong background supporting older adults with daily routines, companionship, personal care, medication reminders, safety monitoring, dementia care, and helping families feel confident that their loved one is in good hands. I'm patient, reliable, and very attentive to each person's needs, personality, and routine. I truly enjoy building trusting relationships with seniors and making them feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. My goal is always to provide safe, kind, and dependable care while helping each person maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.
