About Madison

My name is Madison and I am 22 years old! I recently just earned my bachelor's degree in psychology and have a deep passion for working with children. Currently, I coach middle school volleyball, am a Classroom Assistant at the high school level, and have spent the last two years as a camp counselor. Through these, I've developed strong skills in patience, communication, and childcare. With over three years of experience in childcare, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in young lives. I pride myself on being personable, reliable, and nurturing. Also, I am comfortable enforcing house rules to create a fun yet structured environment. I like to communicate regularly with the parents/caregivers throughout the day, but I am open to adapting my communication style to fit yours! Additionally, I love pets and even have a few of my own!
