Hello! My name is Madison. I am a responsible, dependable, and compassionate childcare provider with years of hands-on experience caring for children. I began babysitting within my own family at 15 years old, which helped me develop strong patience, responsibility, and an understanding of children's individual needs. I also have experience working as a PCA in a pediatric hospital, where I provided direct care and support to children in a healthcare setting. This experience strengthened my ability to prioritize safety, follow routines, communicate with families, and provide attentive, compassionate care.
