About Madison

Hello! I am a Registered Behavior Technician in Allen, TX. I work with autistic children, along with children who are on the spectrum with other diagnoses as well. Working with children is something I feel as though I was put on this earth for. I absolutely love that my job requires me to engage with other children in a one on one manner, and be a safe space for them. I am always my clients number one supporter, and I am always implementing practices in child care that honor functional communication. I want to maintain dignity within each and every child, as well as educate them on their autonomy. Children are merely humans who are expected to behave as adults do, and are met with shame when they do not. My goal in all of my interactions with children, whether brief or long term, is to help a child figure out their place in this world! My rate is negotiable based on what your job entails.
