About Madison

Hi! My name is Maddie, I'm 26 years old, and I'm a musician and outdoor educator! I have been a babysitter on and off since I was a teenager and have worked in child care since I was 17 with all ages. In high school I worked at Kumon, a math and reading enhancement center, as a teacher's assistant. I would correct and help with homework and additionally worked with children ages 3-5 to teach them how to read and count! I also spent several years working at a summer camp as a counselor and coordinator. I was in charge of the counselors in my cohort and was co-responsible for organizing activities for 500+ campers. I also taught horseback riding lessons and was head lifeguard and Waterfront Coordinator. I most recently worked at NYC Outward Bound Schools as a Lead Outdoor Adventure Instructor. I am very outgoing, responsible, and organized. I'm currently looking to work with families who need infant care- if you think I'd be a good match for your family, I'd love to work with you!
