About Madlen

As a babysitter for your family, I'll use the skills I've acquired as a behavior therapist and a speech-language pathology student to create a safe, engaging and educational experience for your child. While you're away, I will organize game nights, outdoor playtimes, reading sessions, art projects, teach new skills like playing the piano or cooking, to make sure your child spends their time having fun while learning. My approach to the families and children I work with is to treat them with respect, kindness and unparalleled empathy. Speaking English, Russian and Eastern Armenian, as well as an AA in Communication Studies makes finding common ground with families from diverse backgrounds my favorite aspect of the job.
