About Mae

Hello, I am Mae, a 31-year-old experienced nanny who has over 10 years of childcare experience. For the last 4 years I have worked in a Waldorf Preschool classroom as an assistant and then as Lead Teacher. I have studied in the Waldorf curriculum over the last few years and my approach to child development reflects that philosophy. I have cared for children of all ages and performed a variety of duties. I am comfortable running errands, taking children to activities, caring for animals, and basic house keeping duties. I have a passion for cultivating an environment in which a child can explore the world around them and use their imagination with intense curiosity. I strive to be very engaged with your child, nurturing and supportive. I am CPR and First Aid Certified and have been trained as an EMT, though my certification is no long current. I look forward to meeting you and your child.
