She immediately connected with our daughter, engaging her with age-appropriate activities, and creating a calm, safe environment. Magdalena was always punctual, professional, and communicative. She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Our child absolutely adored her and would often ask when she was coming back! She also handled routines (mealtime, bedtime, etc.) smoothly and confidently, and we always returned home to a tidy space. It's such a relief to have someone you can truly trust with your child, and Magdalena is exactly that person.
