About Magdalena

As a personal care assistant for the past 15 years, I've had the opportunity to work with a variety of patients with diagnoses such as Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Cancer, COPD Diabetes, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's/Dementia and Hospice patients, as well as staff. I've assisted patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, including meal preparation, and household management. I've also helped patients with their therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, medication management, and monitoring patient's vital signs. I drove my patient's to their doctor appointments and did their grocery shopping. If I noticed a change in my patient's health status, I'd report it to the family immediately. Most importantly, I've always been a great companion to those who I've worked with. I am a very friendly, outgoing person with a huge heart, and I will always go out of my way make sure my patient is at their maximal comfort level. CPR/FIRST-AID/AED Certified
