About Maikala

I come from a military family background, which has given me the opportunity to experience many different places and meet people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. I'm comfortable adapting to new environments, schedules, and people, and flexibility is one of my strongest qualities. I enjoy working with children because they have so much personality and energy. I find it rewarding to create an environment where they can express themselves, have fun, and feel comfortable being who they are. I have experience being around children throughout my life as the oldest granddaughter, niece, and sister in a large family. I'm looking for a flexible job that works well with my full-time online college schedule. In my spare time, I enjoy nail art, listening to music, and crafting. I'm positive, open to learning, and committed to meeting a child's needs while communicating with and supporting their parents. My top skills are patience, communication, and creativity.
