About Makayla

Hi! My name is Makayla, and I'm currently a nurse with about a year of nursing experience, including 9 months working as a school nurse. Caring for children has always come naturally to me, and creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for kids is something I truly value. I have several years of hands-on babysitting experience caring for a little girl from the time she was born until now at 3 years old. In addition, I come from a big family and have 9 nieces and nephews, so I'm very comfortable caring for children of different ages and personalities. I'm very patient, soft spoken, dependable, and great at building rapport with children so they feel safe and comfortable around me. My nursing background has also made me highly attentive, responsible, and calm in all situations. I genuinely enjoy helping children learn, play, and feel cared for, and I always aim to provide parents with peace of mind while their children are in my care.
