About Makayla

I received my STNA license my senior year of High school. I worked in nursing homes for about 3 years and then worked in a hospital. I'd describe my personality as warm, welcoming, and friendly. I like caring for seniors because it gives me a sense of happiness knowing I can take exceptional care of someone, and relieve not only them of stress but also the family knowing that their loved one is in good hands and being properly cared for. I'm looking for a job that I can build a strong relationship with my client and whoever I am caring for. Strong communication is key, and a clear plan of what all you need help with. I started caring for seniors when I was 18 In my spare time, I like to spend time with family especially my nieces and nephew, do any type of outside adventure. One thing you should know about me is that I'm trustworthy and hard working. My skills include ADLs, assisting in mobility, and empathy.
