Previous care roles have solidified my desire to make a positive impact through compassionate care. I hold a high school degree and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications. My approach is patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation related to memory care needs. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, hospice support, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
