About Makeia

I enjoy working with kids because the children are our future, I often feel that kids are misunderstood and want to be heard. I pride myself in being attentive to the little things, especially in children's behaviorism. I'm looking for a job that can work with my school schedule and be transparent with needs and expectations for their child (children) so I can be that more capable of meeting them. I started working with kids when I started college, through internships and as a student observer, but realistically I've been babysitting since I was 8, with 3 younger siblings my summers were filled with caring for them, which I still happily do to this day. In my spare time, I like to paint, gym, cook, and scrap book. One thing you should know about me is I plan on furthering my career as a certified Texas educator. I am currently attending TCC NW with my education degree in History and English. I also student observe at Dozier Elementary.
