I'm dedicated to create a safe and loving environment for children to thrive in. My warm and nurturing approach to childcare has given me the ability to empathize with children's emotions and needs. I will always encourage kids to express themselves appropriately. Instead of asking yes or no questions, I ask open ended questions, for example "What would you like to do today?" or "What to do you feel like playing with right now?". I also offer choices; For example "Would you like to read a book or play outside?" This is an empowering way for them to make decisions with guidance. I'd describe my personality as patient and calm, even in challenging situations my demeanor helps me handle tantrums, conflicts, and other stressful moments with grace and composure. Responsible and reliable, i'm committed to the well-being of the children in my care and completely dedicated to following through on my commitments.
