About Makennah

Hi! My name is Makennah, I am 20 years old and I'm a junior at the University of Scranton, where I'm studying Speech-Language Pathology. I've worked as a summer camp counselor for the past two years, gaining hands-on experience caring for children of different ages, personalities, and needs. I'm patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoy working with kids, whether that means helping with homework, playing games, keeping routines on track, or creating a safe and positive environment. My studies have also helped me better understand child development and communication, which I bring into my caregiving. Families describe me as dependable, attentive, and easy to communicate with.
