About Makenzie

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is my passion. With three years of experience caring for children aged 0-11, I offer a patient and friendly approach to childcare. I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities that promote learning. I am comfortable caring for up to two children and always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. Communication is key, and I provide daily updates at pickup, while also adhering to your preferred method. I am also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am currently enrolled at Howard University. I have experience as a lifeguard, and have been trained in CPR. Ultimately, I aim to create a safe and stimulating environment where your children can thrive, and I look forward to learning how I can best support your family's needs.
