About Makenzie

Hey there! My name is Makenzie but I go by Kenzie. I have 7 years of experience in childcare. Four of those years unpaid and three years of paid. I have taken care of children of the ages newborn, 8mo, 14mo, 4-6yr, 7-9yr. I also have experience with special needs children including, but not limited to, severe autism and cerebral palsy. I grew up in Houston, TX and upon my high school graduation I moved to College Station, TX. I studied business management and finished with a 4. 0 gpa. I then studied general agriculture and earned my degree in 2023. I have been CPR/first aid certified for both small children and adults. I have a TX quality environment certificate, TX 2024 caregiver certificate, and valid CPI. In the past I've worked with many individual families for short term and long term. Professionally, I have been a 3's lead teacher, and a highschool inclusion para. In the future I hope to have a large family of my own. References are certainly available upon request. Thank you!
