About Makenzie

Hi! I am Makenzie and I am looking for a very part time position, just one or two times a week. I have experience with kids who have special needs, such as ASD, ADHD, and Down Syndrome. I have worked in a preschool for two years. I was also an emergency substitute teacher at Mount Jordan Middle School for two years. I am CPR and First Aide certified. I have also taken many child safety and child development classes and have completed pathways. I prioritize safety, kindness, and a happy environment to foster growth and learning. I currently nanny the sweetest 2. 5-year-old and have been for just over two years. I love taking my nanny kids to fun places like the park, library, aquarium, zoo, thanksgiving point, short hikes, etc. I am a nanny who prioritizes minimal screen time. Instead I try to do crafts, go outside, bake with the kids, etc. I have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
