I am and always have been very passionate about working with children. I find great joy in teaching children new things, experiencing life as it happens, and discovering the world through the eyes of a child. I am very excited to be looking for a family that will be the "perfect match" and the beginning of a wonderful relationship. Most recently (currently), I have been a second grade teacher. I have my elementary education teaching license for the state of Wisconsin with an emphasis on early childhood and development. I am state certified to teach birth to sixth grade in education. I have been a full time second grade classroom teacher for two years. Although I have loved the children I work with in the teacher role, I have realized that I cherish the social and emotional development of children more than the amount it is valued within public education. Mallory is an amazing nanny. She is kind, patient and 10000% reliable. She has worked for our family for over 5 years and is always our first choice. She can juggle so many things at once while staying calm and her patience is endless. My children can be challenging at times and Mallory never wavered or seemed rattled. She anticipates what needs to be done and takes initiative. She is very active with my kids and always coming up with new ideas and activities to keep them engaged. I can't speak highly enough to the quality of a professional caregiver she is. Her passion for children is evident and undeniable. All three of my kids asks for her. If you are lucky enough to snag her you won't regret it!
