I am comfortable providing every level of care necessary for the day to day; meal prep, daily hygiene/personal care, medication administration, exercise, companionship, house maintenance, transportation, etc. I am a passionate about fostering connection and bringing my best self forward. I have also provided care for disabled adults and am both comfortable and competent with assisting in ambulating and transfers. I am trained and certified in first aid and CPR.
