About Malquiel

I've always had a passion for caring for children and making a positive impact on their lives. My journey began with almost three years of experience as a substitute teacher, followed by five months as a Registered Behavior Technician. My patient and calm nature, combined with my friendly and approachable demeanor, creates a welcoming environment for children. I believe in open communication with parents and provide written daily reports, verbal communication at pickup, and regular updates via text or phone call to ensure everyone is on the same page. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead and work collaboratively to maintain a consistent and structured environment for the child. I enjoy a variety of games with children, including board games and puzzles, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps.
