About Mamadou

Hi I am Mamadou, Providing compassionate care for seniors and adults is more than a job for me; it's a calling. My experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for supporting the well-being and independence of those I serve, as well as providing peace of mind for their families. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and a medication technician with two years of experience, I offer respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I'm fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
