About Mandi

Hi! I am a 19-year-old college student at NIU studying nursing with a focus on pediatrics. I have reliable transportation and my own apartment, which helps me stay dependable and flexible. I come from a big family and have four younger brothers, so being the oldest has taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and caring for children. I also have many years of hands-on childcare experience. My mom runs a licensed in-home daycare in Elgin, IL, and since I was 12, I have helped her build, manage, and work in that environment. Because of that, I am comfortable caring for children of all ages and understand how important it is to create a safe, fun, and supportive space for them. I truly enjoy exploring, teaching, and being a positive support system for kids as they learn and grow into amazing people. I can be flexible with time, days , and pay!
