About Mandi

The most meaningful part of my role is that it allows me to directly impact the lives of the clients & their families. Whether it's helping with the cleanliness of their home, caring for their loved one or helping with the children, I know I am actively contributing to their quality of life. And I treasure the interaction. Some days, I think they make more of a difference in my life than I do in theirs! I have worked in IL/AL/MC/HHC/ADC/SNF/LTC, and Childcare. From an early age, I have experienced firsthand the frustrating and emotional hardship when caring for my grandmother, which instills within me the drive and compassion to provide clients with the resources and care they need. I hold certifications as a Dementia Care Practitioner, Recreational Therapist and a CDA in childcare. I also have advanced studies in Adult Day Services, Assisted Living, Home Care, Memory Care, and Person-Centered Care. My goal is to ensure that those who need care will always be able to find it.
