About Manuela

I'd describe my personality as creative, caring, and patient I like working with kids because there is so much to learn from children themselves, I also want to provide them with a positive environment in which they can grow but most of all love that no single day is the same! I started working with kids when I was in high school. I started lifeguarding and then coaching swim lessons. The passion I saw from kids wanting to learn and be active is what made me want to continue working with them. I went to college and became a Teachers Assistant at the Child Development Center that takes care of children around the area and professors kids from the ages 2-6. The past year I babysat for a family of 4 and a family of 2 in DC. In my spare time, I love going in runs and going to the gym. I also like spending time with my family and friends and I also like cooking and baking! My skills include patience, positivity, & communication skills, I am CPR and First Aid Certified .
