About Mara Vera

During college, I was a registered behavioral technician serving children who have autism. Gaining experience from also being an after school coach teaching a class full of children. With years of experience, I have learned to not only care for children, but also become their friend. I graduated from San Jose State with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health. I'm happy to help busy families with school pick ups, running errands, and preparing meals. I also volunteered at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and SPCA, caring for visitors and animals. I have also experienced in cat and dog sitting. My goal is to be a dependable helping hand while creating a warm, safe, and joyful environment for your child or pets. I am also a baker and coffee enthusiast and would love to make anything for you before leaving for work. What matters most to me is creating a safe and caring space where kids feel heard, supported, and excited to be themselves. Just let me know what I can do at your service!
